SHRS Monthly March Meeting

    February 24, 2017

    Please join us for lunch in the Education Center at Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, for our monthly meeting, from 11:30 AM to 1 PM! If you enjoy these meetings, please pass an invitation to your peers.

    We will be doing a drawing for a FREE basic registration to the OKHR State Conference 2017 (valued at $350).

    If you have paid for your 2017 SHRS Membership PRIOR to the March meeting we will put your name in the drawing.

    If you have a new guest register & attend the meeting we will put your name in a second time!

    Have a new second guest register & attend the meeting we will put your name in a third time! And so on... Just have your guest let us know when they check in that you invited them.

    Presenter - Erin Greilick

    Erin Greilick is founder of Core Consulting. She is a trusted advisor, working closely with executives and senior leaders to clearly identify core challenges and bring smart, integrated solutions. She is a systems-thinker who quickly figures out complex issues and gets to the root of problems. Her solutions motivate the system to resolve challenges and unleash its potential. Clients most appreciate Erin’s insightfulness, fearlessness, and dedication to helping them and their teams get to their next level of greatness.
    With experience in industries ranging from Food Service to Healthcare to the Military, Erin has greatly enjoyed the challenge of becoming “fluent” in a wide range of settings. She has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to transform cultures, build robust leadership pipelines, maximize core work processes, strengthen cross-functional teams, and ensure strategic relevance. Through coaching, off-sites, program development, and facilitated discussions, Erin uses a range of approaches to get to core issues and bring innovative solutions.
    Erin earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, affiliated with the nationally renowned Drucker School of Management, which allowed her to augment her education with business-focused learning. She earned her BA and MA from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BA in Psychology and received her MA in Clinical Psychology.
